Every fence is different, the length, the materials, the access and whether the old fence needs removing all move the number, so we don't do one-size-fits-all figures that change on you later. What we do is come out, measure properly, and give you one fixed price in writing, obligation-free. That way the number you get is the number for your boundary, not a guess.
Colorbond is powder-coated steel, low-maintenance, and holds its colour through coastal summers, and it comes in the full Colorbond colour range so it can sit neatly with the house. Timber paling and hardwood give you natural grain and a classic look. Aluminium and timber slat screens add privacy with a modern lean. We'll talk you through all three at the free site visit and help you choose for your boundary.
In NSW, neighbours generally share the cost of a boundary fence between them. Most people simply agree on a quote and split it down the middle. We're happy to put the quote in writing so you can hand a copy over the fence, it makes that conversation much easier.
In NSW most standard boundary fences don't need approval, but it depends on the height and where the fence sits on your block, and every council is a little different. We'll walk you through what's likely to apply to your property at the free site visit, before you commit to anything.
Most fences take around four days on site, depending on the length and whether the old one needs removing first. You'll have the timeline in writing with your quote, and updates from us as the build moves, so you're never left guessing when it'll be done.
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old fence can be included in your written quote, one team, one price, and nothing left behind but the new fence.
