Every project is different, size, materials, access and finish all move the number, so we don't do one-size-fits-all figures that change on you later. What we do is come out, measure properly, and give you one fixed price in writing, obligation-free. That way the number you get is the number for your place, not a guess.
Hardwoods like Merbau, Spotted Gum and Blackbutt give you real grain underfoot and can be re-oiled to look new for decades. Composite boards from Trex, Ekodeck, ModWood and Evalast never need oiling and hold their colour through coastal summers. We'll bring samples of both to your site visit and help you choose for how you'll actually use the space.
It depends on the size, the height off the ground and where it sits on your block, many projects don't need approval, some do. We'll walk you through what's likely to apply to your property at the free site visit, before you commit to anything.
In NSW, neighbours generally share the cost of a boundary fence between them. Most people simply agree on a quote and split it down the middle. We're happy to put the quote in writing so you can hand a copy over the fence, it makes that conversation much easier.
Most decks take four to five days on site; most fences around four. You'll have the timeline in writing with your quote, and updates from us as the build moves, so you're never left guessing when it'll be done.
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old structure can be included in your written quote, one team, one price, and nothing left behind but the new build.
Yes. We measure properly, spec the exact materials, and put one number in writing, the price we quote is the price you pay. Payment is just as simple: a deposit to secure your dates, and the balance on completion, after you've walked the finished job with us and you're happy.
